Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our shipping policy for all orders placed through our store.

Order Processing Time

  • All items are made-to-order using Print-On-Demand (POD) production.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once production is complete, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time

*Please note: Delivery time begins after the production period is complete.

💲 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  • Free shipping may be offered during specific promotions or for qualifying order totals (as stated on-site).

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at customerservice@yottasale.com.
